The PMP exam costs $555 for those without PMI membership. For PMI members the cost of the PMP exam is $405. The cost of PMI membership is $129
As per the PMP handbook, “if you do not satisfy the CCR program within your active certification dates, you will be placed on suspended status. The suspension period lasts one year (12 months).
You need to renew your certification every 3 years. It can be renewed by maintaining professional development units (60 PDUs). The renewal cost is $60 if you have a PMI membership, $150 if you are not a PMI member.
Approx of 61% is the least passing score required to pass the PMP exam.

You need to have a deeper understanding of the underlying project management concepts. PMP exam questions are very demanding because they require you to apply project management knowledge and skills to real-world practical problems.
Many PMP aspirants fail because they make basic mistakes while studying for the exam. There is a beautiful concept in project management called “lessons learned”. You can learn from others' mistakes and avoid them. Also, you should practice many situational questions and simulation tests. This way, you will be able to crack the exam on your first attempt.

PMP certification validity lasts three years, but it can be renewed by maintaining professional development units (60 PDUs)
Once you submit payment - even if you submit it before your certification expires, it will be renewed from your current certification expiration date.
PMP aspirants should read and study the 7th edition of the PMBOK Guide to prepare for the exam, rather than the 6th. But reading the 7th edition alone won't be enough to succeed on the test.
