Responsibilities:
- Use CRM software to call leads, demonstrate and present our training courses
- Create as many contacts from the leads, minimum of 10-15 contacts/day
- Do continuous follow up with customers (via email, WhatsApp and call)
- Meeting with clients virtually or at the office
- Close the leads as many as possible per month and also follow the instructions by the management
- Submit daily report at the end of each business day and monthly report at the end of the month. This will be the measure of sales performance
- Perform other related tasks whenever is required
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 3 Years experience in the similar field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for telesales
