Responsibilities:
Course Management – Overseeing the development, scheduling, and coordination of educational programs.
Enrollment & Student Support – Managing student registrations, handling inquiries, and assisting throughout the training process.
Trainer Coordination – Communicating with instructors, ensuring contracts are in place, and providing necessary resources.
Records & Documentation – Maintaining student records, attendance logs, certifications, and compliance documents.
Quality Assurance – Ensuring training materials and programs meet institutional standards and accreditation requirements.
Logistics & Facility Management – Organizing classrooms, training materials, and technology for smooth course delivery.
Financial Oversight – Managing budgets, processing payments, and handling financial aspects of training programs.
Compliance & Policies – Ensuring adherence to institutional policies, educational regulations, and accreditation standards.
Communication & Reporting – Preparing reports on training effectiveness, student performance, and overall program success.
Lead Generation – Identifying potential students or corporate clients, promoting training programs, and collaborating with marketing teams to generate leads for enrollment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an academic administrative or education management role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, trainers, and staff.
Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Experience working with CRM and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an educational setting.
Position: Academic Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Utilize CRM software to engage with leads, present training courses, and demonstrate program benefits.
Generate a minimum of 10-15 new contacts per day from incoming leads.
Maintain continuous follow-up with customers via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to foster engagement.
Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with potential clients.
Work towards closing as many leads as possible each month, adhering to management guidelines.
Submit daily performance reports at the end of each business day and a monthly sales report to track progress.
Carry out additional related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
A passion for telesales and lead generation.
