PSM II (Professional Scrum Master) Certification
Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM) is an interactive, activity-based course where students gain a strong understanding of Professional Scrum and the role of the Scrum Master. Through a combination of discussion and exercises, students develop a deep understanding of the underlying principles of Scrum and the Agile mindset while learning the practices applied by successful Scrum Teams. The course includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification exam.
Overview
PSM II is aimed at Scrum Masters who are already familiar with Scrum and have practical experience working with Scrum teams. The course focuses on refining skills to help Scrum Masters deal with real-world complexities and challenges, improve team performance, and enable Agile transformations at the organizational level.
The PSM II course is designed to make you a more effective Scrum Master by focusing on your role as a leader, coach, and facilitator within Scrum teams and organizations.
